Return & Refund Policy

Bhakty.Store — Devotion You Can Wear

At Bhakty Store, we are committed to delivering high-quality devotional apparel that aligns with your spiritual journey. While each piece is crafted with care, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Here's our clear and customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You are eligible for a return or refund only if the following conditions are met:

✅ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
✅ Your return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

(If the product is being delivered to the customer, then the return window starts on the product's delivery date. If the delivery date is unavailable, then the return window starts on the product's fulfillment date plus a buffer for transit time.)

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

❌ Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
❌ Items bought under discounts, offers, or clearance sales.
❌ Custom-made or personalized products.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

📩 To initiate a return or refund, please visit my order page and look for order and click create return on the specific order yu want to order (return window is open for 5 days after its delivered).

Your Order Number
A clear image of the damaged/incorrect product
A short description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are fulfilled or dispatched. If already shipped, you may request a return as per our above policy.

5. Exchanges (Coming Soon)

We do not offer exchanges at this time. For a different size, color, or design, please place a new order after returning the item (if eligible).
